IMHO že malo pretiravajo… kaj bo naslednje? Oliva anoreksicna? Bugs Bunny je govoreči zajec in bojo otroci mislili da zajci res govorijo? Bolj me zanima zakaj naše (in starejše) generacije nimajo problemov s tem… prva asociacija na popaja (oz kaj mora človek početi da bo čimbolj podoben popaju) je jesti špinačo. To se meni zdi zdravo. Tudi tetovaže so bolj očitne in otrokom bolj atraktivne kot pipa, a očitno to ne moti nikogar.  Ahja… tok generacij je živelo s Popajem in kolegi pa jim nič ne manjka… nevem zakaj bi bili današnji otroci prikrajšani še za to zabavo… ali pa res pričaujemo da bodo vsi samo še gledali telebajske?

China has defended the use of new screening software that has to be installed on all computers.

Foreign ministry spokesman Qin Gang said the software would filter out pornographic or violent material.

Critics have complained that it could also be used to stop Chinese internet users searching for politically sensitive information.

But Mr Qin, speaking at a regular press briefing, said China promoted the healthy development of the internet.

All computers sold in China – even those that are imported – will have to be pre-installed with the “Green Dam Youth Escort” software.

Ja.. men se je tud čudn slišal, sam očitno je res. Zato, da ne bi otroci gledali pr0na, bo moral na vseh računalnikih na kitajskem biti instaliran poseben software. Uprašanje je le, katere druge strani (razen pr0na) bo software blokiral, in kaj še (razn blokiranja strani) lahko software počne (spyware?).

At first I couldn’t believe this. Why would Microsoft think limiting the information provided in a search engine to be a good thing? But then I tried it myself. You can try it too. Just change your location preference in bing from the U.S. to India and try searching for the term “sex.” Yes, Microsoft has decided in their infinite wisdom that Indians should not be allowed to search for information about sex. In Microsoft’s words, “The search sex may return sexually explicit content. To get results, change your search terms.” That’s right, there’s no, “okay, I’m a big boy, go ahead and show me my results” button next to this Microsoft error message, there is simply a message telling you to change your search term. It’s like an instant trip back to the Victorian age.
